At Warsi Meat Bazaar, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure every order is delivered fresh, on time, and in perfect condition. Please read our cancellation and refund policy to understand how we handle such requests.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation Before Dispatch

You can cancel your order within 10 minutes of placing it by calling our customer support.

If the order has not yet been packed or dispatched, the cancellation will be processed immediately and no charges will apply.

Cancellation After Dispatch

Once the order has been packed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled as we deal in perishable products.

In case of genuine issues (e.g., wrong order placed), please contact our team immediately — we will do our best to assist.

Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

You received a wrong item or missing products.

The item delivered was spoiled, damaged, or not as described.

Your prepaid order could not be fulfilled or delivered due to unforeseen circumstances from our side.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our support team within 2 hours of delivery with order details and photos (if applicable).

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Mode of Refund

For online payments, the refund will be credited to the same payment source (e.g., UPI, bank account, card).

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will provide a wallet credit or bank transfer as per mutual agreement.

No Refund in These Cases

If the product was rejected due to change of mind after dispatch.

If the delivery was delayed due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., weather, traffic, incorrect address).

If the product was tampered with or stored improperly after delivery.
