For online or phone orders, full payment may be required before delivery.

Orders can be placed through our website, phone number, or at the physical store.
Delivery times may vary based on location, order volume, and availability.
We aim to deliver within the promised time, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., traffic, weather).
Delivery is subject to the serviceability of the customer's area.
5 Cancellations and Refunds
Orders can be cancelled within a limited time window after placing the order. Once processed or dispatched, cancellations may not be possible.
Refunds are only issued in cases of:

To request a refund, please contact us within 2 hours of receiving the order, along with proof (photo/video).

Exchanges or replacements will be considered only if the item delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
